-For deliveries, the minimum order is $40 USD + delivery. Smaller rentals may be available for pick up and are subject to delivery time availability.

-Reservations must be made at least 24 hrs in advance.
During peak season, booking must be made earlier. Last-minute
requests are subject to availability and additional fees.

-Cancellations made within 7 days of the delivery date may be subject to an administrative or reservation fee, as the equipment is reserved and prepared in advance.
-Refunds will be issued for the net amount received by our company after payment processing fees and applicable taxes, provided the cancellation is notified more than 7 days prior to the delivery date.
-Payment processing fees, PayPal fees, bank transfer fees, and currency exchange differences are non-refundable. -If the payment was made in a foreign currency, refunds will be processed in Mexican pesos. Any exchange rate differences applied by PayPal or banking institutions are outside of our control.
-As an alternative to a refund, clients may choose to keep the payments as a credit for a future reservation.
